EXAMPLE:   Carcass Weight = 275 lbs.                                                           Processing Fee = $325.00                                                           Overage Weight = 75 lbs. @ $.80 per lb.                                    Total Cost = $385.00    


Carcass weight is the weight of an animal after slaughter and removal of most internal organs, head, and skin. Swine over a carcass weight of 200 lbs. will have an $.80 per lb. overage charge applied to the processing fee of $325.


All animals must be scheduled in advance. Scheduling is done by phone (623) 853-0601. Be sure to allow for a 3-4 month timeframe prior to date of processing for Beef, as those dates do fill up fast. Swine, Lamb and Goat, please allow for a 1 month timeframe prior to date of processing. Game processing is available on a limited basis per season due to schedule  availability. 


It is the responsibility of the customer to secure a Livestock Inspection prior slaughter. Animals that require an AZ Livestock Inspection are Beef, Lamb and Goat. Swine are excluded. A Livestock Inspection can be scheduled by contacting the AZ Department of Agriculture Dispatch at   (623) 445-0281.


Pick-up service for your livestock is available upon request and is limited to availability. This service must be scheduled in advance. Hauling fee minimum is $185 and goes up depending on your location.


Most Beef hangs to age for 14 days, unless otherwise specified. Your Livestock will be cut to your specifications per your completed Cut List. Cut Lists by species can be downloaded under the Pricing tab. Email your completed Cut List to hollidayprocessing@gmail.com no later than 3 days after drop off.


To avoid any storage fees, your order must be picked up within 3 days after you have been notified that your order is ready for pick-up. We are not responsible for any processed meat not picked up within 30 days of notification.
